TapList is a photo-enabled list application designed for simplicity and ease of use. It functions effectively as a visual to-do list, allowing users to mark tasks as completed with a swipe. Additionally, it serves as a quick-access photo repository for items such as groceries, medications, supplements, packing lists, or any other items where images facilitate identification and organization.

The app also supports rapid sharing capabilities, enabling users to distribute entire lists, specific list items with notes, or individual photos effortlessly. This functionality encourages daily utilization for various organizational needs.

• Managing groceries, to-do’s, water intake, medications, workouts, supplements, packing lists, documents, recipes, and home renovation projects

Photos can be captured directly within TapList or imported from the photo library. All images are stored in iCloud and are separate from the Camera Roll to prevent mixing personal photos with application-specific images. Photos are saved in medium resolution using the High Efficiency Image File format to optimize storage.

The application seamlessly synchronizes lists via iCloud, ensuring consistency across multiple devices such as iPads signed into the same account.

Users can mark items as completed with a right swipe or delete entries with a left swipe. Drag-and-drop reordering is available through a long-press gesture on list items or lists.

Sharing features allow for quick dissemination of complete lists, individual items with notes, or photos. Shared photos can also be exported directly to the device's photo library.

Aesthetic customization is supported through ten distinct color themes.

Respecting user privacy, TapList operates without requiring accounts, passwords, or logins. The app does not collect any user data or transmit information externally.
